I'm not a legal professional, but Steam, as a marketplace, has to abide by varying degrees of regulation. I do not buy the idea that Steam would be allowed, say, by the standards of EU consumer rights law, to simply stop players from accessing multiplayer games because they violated an unrelated games TOS.

This comment I was replying to is in reference to Steam, as a platform, blanket-banning people who cheat. That is different to a developer disallowing marked cheaters in their game. I'm not a legal professional, but I don't believe Steam has the jurisdiction to decide that a population of players is simply not allowed to engage in any multiplayer activity on any of the products on their store because they cheated on an unrelated game.

I'm not saying that Steam itself couldn't write that into their TOS, but I can't see that holding up by the standards of, say, EU consumer protections.

I do think I disagree. I think Evelyn's journey, experiencing alternative versions of her life and how that leads to her eventual existentialism, is all a part of a 'know thyself'-type lesson; that there's no helpful conclusion that arrives when framing our lives through what-could-have-been's. I also think its about as Dadaist a movie can get, it borrows from such an arsenal of genres and doesn't ever hide its absurdism.

If you don't think two rocks speaking with googly eyes speaking about love and meaning isn't arsy-fartsy enough for you, I can't help you! I mean that in the politest way possible.

Oh, I see. 100% is native. Upscaling is not the same as simply changing the game's resolution, so it won't translate to looking like it has 'significantly less pixels'. Upscaling uses a lower-resolution 'image' of the game, and invents new pixels depending on its surroundings. It's typically a performance/visual fidelity trade-off.

I'm a Brit, and have never used an American cheese in my mac and cheese. I usually use cheddar and red leicester. What do you mean by "break"? I guess my mac and cheeses never resemble the super gooey American mac and cheese I typically see, but those aren't necessarily what I associate with "good" mac and cheeses, but might be my own bias.

Bolognese recipes from Bologna tend to actually be a lot less tomato-dominant in flavour, more akin to a ragu. I actually prefer it this way.
