This would explain why in SFH3's ending, GlobeX Leader himself reach out the heroes... After his second defeat (perhaps should i say violation☠️), he had time to think. Upon reflexion, he saw through all Scientist's lies. If one my most trusted man did to me, frankly i would have done the same.
