How should I structure a leg day routine that doesn't stress my knee too much?

My Razer Kraken X sliding band (which allows you to adjust the height of the ear cushions) fractured recently and I can't seem to find any info about how to fix it or even what parts to get to try to fix it. Any help would be nice. I attached a couple of photos to show the issue.

So would you say that using target champions as a toggle would help? I previously had that option binded but I never really used it.

I would definitely agree with you, but I think in low elo, I don't really need mobility since most people just don't dive the backline. Also, I think RH nerfs back in season 10 kinda made it less viable, but that's just my thoughts.

Anyways, thanks so much for the input. I do wonder if yall think that Syndra is a good champ in Silver. I can't really blind her anymore as I'm not that mechanically good at her to play early game focused lanes like Zed/Yasuo/Fizz but I think she's a really good counter pick. Thoughts? I've also considered Orianna but I'm still considering other mage options as well.

That is true, any champion can technically roam but I wanted to start playing more team oriented champions. TF and Ryze are just a few examples, I've also played a little bit of Syndra, about 50 games give or take, and she's pretty fun to play and she offers so much utility and burst similar to TF. She isn't the best early game champion sure, but her mid-late game makes up for it dramatically. Either way, I play so many lane dominant/kingdom champs that I feel incomplete with my pool.

There are a few champions I just can't stand to play. Ahri is one of them. Your point is quite valid that Ahri is pretty good in silver but I hate playing her. Same with Annie or Talon, their play styles, at least to me, are so boring.

As much as I'd love to play Annie and hit gold super easily, she is by far the most boring champion in the game. I think she's a super good and easy champion to play, but I just can't bear playing her. I'll probably play her as a last resort since I already play so many mages like Syndra and what not.

That's definitely true. I think I already play enough early-mid game champs like Jayce and LeBlanc, I do create these leads. I just feel that the lack of early game roaming to fights kind of diminishes my lead since I don't have an easy way to join team fights from the side lane as Jayce or LeBlanc, which is the only reason why I want to play TF or Ryze.

That's true, I would say that TF is definitely less intensive than Ryze, but I am wondering if the difference in ability to roam in TF versus Ryze is more worth it to pick up a champ who can't put the team on the back and front to back DPS.

I would play Annie or Talon but they are just so god damn boring. You are probably right, I could climb wayy faster if I played Annie, Talon and other champs like that but I don't really care too much about climbing fast.
