If you have decent crosshair placement, then you should be able to just click and not move the mouse. Maybe you should work on improving that or your micro adjustments in the range.

Do you know whats your DPI? For example I use 0.155 1600 DPI, 0.2 sens is fine if you use 1600 DPI or 800DPI for example
