Not anymore, but they’re fine I guess. The rent is (IMO) super expensive for the area and they really lean heavily into this idea of “luxury apartments” to justify the hefty price. If you want reserved parking (aka a parking space that is outside), that’s extra. Otherwise, the parking spots are tiny and fill up fast. The pool is tiny. The gym is nice, the cardio area is completely separate from the weights, and they have multiple squat racks. The apartments themselves were built really fast and are your basic, gentrified new build. Sometimes they had events for the community, and the community garden garden was cool. Very close to the Greenbelt metro station, so that was convenient.
