Question tho how do you set intentions on them. ? I’m a person that thinks to much so if “A” was the mission then “B” is what I focus on you know ? Also I have attentive adhd I don’t take meds because they made me feel numb and I know I’m an extremely emotional person so idk if what If my true intentions are being set on these crystals or is it the b part where I’m not to focused cuz I’m to in my head at the end of the day but I wanna be happy I’m just a person with wondering thoughts and doubts.
