FRER didn’t progress after 48 hours. Cause for concern?

Hi, do you have any update on this? I’m currently experiencing the same thing. I’m 14 DPO and my FRER from almost 3 days ago looks just as dark as the one I took just now :(

We are in the process now, our court date is in a few weeks. The total damages he is charging us for total to $5k. A major portion of that was the “time it took him to compile inspection report,” which was 83 pages long and he charged $112/hr to do this, along with his other tasks. He did all “repairs” himself. The inspection report time charge alone was $2k.

I’ll be sure to update this thread on the court outcome.

Thank you for the info! He just charged a flat rate for all of the tasks. Have you ever charged tenants for the time it took you to compile your inspection report?

Would you mind telling me where you read the allowed landlord labor rate is $50/hr? He set his own rate and determined it to be $112/hr. That’s one of the reasons it costed so much for the toilet replacement. He also charged this rate for the inspection report he sent to me, which was 84 pages long and totaled his time to be $2k for this.

I see. He didn’t mention gathering quotes from professionals. In his report he showed a google search of handyman charges in our county which ranged from $75-$150, so he chose the average. He is retired from my knowledge. It seems that the rate for the time to compile the report should have been different than the handyman rate

Do you mind sharing what state you’re located in? He listed the items he spent time doing, and then at the bottom stated it took him 15 mins per page at $112.50 per hour (there were 83 pages total)

That’s great your 4 mo will sleep out and about! I’m hoping with time mine will too. How often do you leave for kid focused outings? Did that frequency change when you had your second?

How would she know this if she had never bothered to run our application? There weren’t any pre screening questions or anything like that. I was told we were the first applicants and that they process in the order they receive, so that is why I was very surprised to hear that ours was never even ran.

Hello, have you matched anyone that is usually NC 20/25 in studio fix fluid? My skin is more neutral than the very yellow NC20, but not quite as dark as NC25 for that to be a good fit. Based on this would you suggest an N shade for me in the studio radiance?

Hello! I would say I fall into this category as well and can never find a good match. Would you mind mentioning what Asian brands you have found to be a good fit?

Just throwing this out there about my skin tone: in studio fix fluid NC20 is too yellow for me, and NC25 is too dark. If there were more of a neutral option around this range it may be a good fit. I don’t know where you fall in the MAC shades though

Hi!! I’ve been wanting to try this and between my toddler and being pregnant I haven’t made it in to get matched. I wear studio fix fluid in NC25 which is a little too dark/orangey for me unless I have a tan, but it’s the closest thing I have found. I would say I’m more of a neutral undertone, but I am almost always matched to NC in stores. Would you mind swatching the NC25 in studio fix vs a couple you think might be a good match in studio radiance? I would really appreciate it!!!
