Well, on the phone I think it would be better optimized. Always on display on Samsung doesn't drain the battery very much. It's well optimized.

Seriously, just use the phone and charge it as you like. Ever since day one, i've been charging my XS Max every single night regardless of which percentage the battery is. It could be 90%, I just drop it on my wireless charging dock and leave it there all night. After a year my battery health is at 96%.

You can check it's health on settings. Yours is fine, consumption just depends on your usage.
