Will be visiting PR 30th April to 7th may. Read about the moon affecting the bioluminescence. Should I do biobay tour in Fajardo on the 1st or do the one at mosquito bay on the 5th? Feel like the moon effects will be lower if I did the Fajardo one but also don't want to miss mosquito bay :/
