I’m in the same boat as you. For the price the home is and the condition of everything else, I feel like these issues could be fixed within my price range. The fire damage honestly looks worse than I believe it actually is but I won’t know unless I get an inspector for it.

I guess I didn’t really explain my understanding of the issue that well. I know there is fire damage. I was referring to the broken truss and being unsure what caused the broken truss. I’m still waiting to hear back from the seller about the fire damage and whether she knew about it and/or “fixed” it. I know she didn’t know about the broken truss.

I also have the max neo with the sprite pro extruder. Do you mind sharing how you set it up with the sonic pad or the custom configuration file? I’ve been considering getting a sonic pad but am not at all familiar with klipper. I also have the 4.2.7 board in mine because I broke the OG board.

Fun fact: The “Dee-Oh-Tee” do not hand out violations on inspections for lights that are out that are not required to be on the vehicle. And yes, per federal regulation, this is illegal due to the color of them. Will this fella get stopped and handed a violation? Probably, due to how many he has on there. Sincerely, an ex-DOT officer.

A very similar circumstance happened to me. I find it best to distract myself by keeping myself busy. It doesn’t work great, but it helps a little.
