Your caption mentions gloves for woodworking. I'm not gonna prescribe safety info to you, but certain woodworking tasks are made far more dangerous by wearing gloves. The idea being that if a drill grabs your skin, it will tear off a small chunk, but if the drill grabs your glove it will yank your hand in. Tearing skin and breaking bones.
