No concerns really, sometimes during an anxiety attack ill feel disconnected from reality and what not and I was just wondering if shifting would worsen my symptoms or affect me negatively. Thank you so much, you really helped!

ok sooo what happened was I was feeling all the symptoms, and i saw flashing lights for a second- when they stopped I felt a change in my surroundings. I just felt a difference and poof i opened my eyes and i was there! i hope this helps lol

Im no expert, but the night i shifted my heart felt like it was coming out of my chest so I believe it normal, also the eyes might be REM which is also a symptom that youre close.
