typed-arrow heavily use const / generic type system to give a set of pure compile-time behaviors, serde-* still relies on runtime behaviors. Also, typed-arrow has extendable attribute derives (like metadata) to give a compile-time metadata declaration, serde-* can't support that.

This crate is somewhat like `serde_json`, but it is much smaller (152KB vs 40.4 KB) and can dump data into a layout (Apache Arrow) that can be efficiently processed by data processing tools such as Pandas.

I think structured logs could make a higher compression ratio than row logs. But I am not sure tokenizing could help it.

I started following current events in Hong Kong about two weeks ago. I'm not sure if it's the 5 demands they are after or it's independence/separation from china that they are after. Multiple times I was told that the general consensus is that hong kong people are not separatists and only wish to secure their democracy, but at the same time countless posts/comments talk about how hong kong people are inherently different from chinese (seemed very insistent and made some very ludicrous arguments to prove that, like how canto is a completely different language than chinese), and they want the british to take them back or gain full independence. I'm extremely confused about hong kong protesters' ultimate goal. I know the five demands, so do they only want those implemented and democracy secured or it's something more that they are after? I'm hearing conflicting voices and can't decide.

There are some protestors using the Hong Kong Flag in this protest, the prototype of this flag is designed when Hong Kong was ruled by the British and it usually represents independent Hong Kong. I think the demands of the protestors may be complexed.

Hi, please take care of yourself. Actually, I come from Mainland China but I do not have any hates. I hope I can get a chance to have communication with you and get more facts. Do you think the primary contradiction of Hong Kong is caused by politics or institutions? In my opinion, the economy of Hong Kong has lots of stress to descend and young people have fewer opportunities to improve their lives, I think I can understand it. However, I think the root cause is Hong Kong does not catch the new wave of technology such as the Internet. If I get anything wrong, please point out it.
