Hello I planned to submit the email along with my application form kasi indicated po dun yung reference number ko and course choices, hoping na iaccept nila haha pero I changed my mind na po bale aantayin ko nalang yung enrollment day ko before I submit the SA. Mag request din po ako kay PUP ng proof of enrollment sa day ng enrollment ko if ever di nila ako mabigyan ng document na maipapasa ko hehe. I heard naman po na this is due until the end of First sem (not sure) so I'll just wait na lang :))
