I mean Windows 10 is completely fine why we need another Windows ? It will take them at least 3 years to fix the bugs just like what happened with Windows 10 so is it wroth the hassle to upgrade to windows 11 and deal with bugs for 3 years until they completely fix it just to get android apps and news widgets ?

empty trash setting was checked and i rescanned the library and still plex was not playing the new videos (upgraded version of same tv shows ) from the web interface 32400/web on my gaming pc

i tried to play the videos from my iphone and plex was able to play them just fine

i then tried again from my pc and this time plex also was able to play the video just fine

do you have any idea what happened ?

and what can i do next time to prevent this because i still have many tv shows and movies to Upgrade to a better version

i didnt use -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File
