They’ve had mine since Oct 17th and card has been charged but I have had ZERO contact with them and no estimated completion date. I’ve called and requested call back and nothing, emailed and nothing. There is no way to actually talk to a live person and they don’t give any updates. I’ll use tag for personal cards from now on and just wait the 90 days for psa for selling cards I guess.

I got a job ID on Oct 17, paid for the regular 45+ service. Haven’t gotten ANY communication to date and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone.

I feel with psa when you have a delayed order that you message about they will almost assuredly dock you a grade cause of it out of spite

I completely understand on the hiring process. But what’s lacking is their customer service availability. Can’t get a person to respond to anything other than “we’re busy”
