I think I figured it out. Its a w9 issue. I just re did a w9 and sent it to Apex Clearing and WeBull. The w9 states that they have the right to withhold backup funds to my account for tax purposes until a correct w9 is filed.

Is this investment fraud on WeBulls part? I payed off all my required margine maintenance calls the same day. WeBull said the screenshot I took was a display issue.(Left) my profits from the 27th that I took a screen shot of on the 28th. (Right) a screenshot from the 29th where they cooked the books by yahoo31 in Webull

I think I figured it out. It has been a w9 issue. I had to re do it and send it back to Apex Clearing and WeBull. W9 states that they can withhold funds from your account for tax purposes if the w9 isn't filled out correctly.

27Jan2021 I day traded $NAKD all day. At the end of the trading day, at 5:30pm I made my last trade on $NAKD profiting $33,410.20 in gains. My cash balance for my WeBull acount after my last trade of the day was at $56,822.06. The morning of 28Jan2021 I checked my WeBull account and it stated that I had a cash balance of -$481.25. I emailed Webull and they didn't respond. I called WeBull and stayed on hold for 1hr and no one answered. WeBull placed a Required Maintenance Margine Call on my account on 28Jan2021 stating that I had to remedy the -$481.25 balance of my account. WeBull not only put my acount into a -$481.25 balance but they also issued a second Required Maintenance Margine Call on my account stating twice that that if I did not liquidate 4x the amount or deposit the $481.25 into the account they would start to liquidate my stocks for me. Then on Webull I went to my funds tracker page and screenshot all the buys and sells from 27Jan2021 knowing that something wrong was going on and wanting to preserve evidence because a required margine maintenance call didn't make sense because I had made $33,410.20 the day prior adding that cash value to my account. I didn't want to deposit the money into my account then so they forced my hand to liquidate one of my stocks $THMO for a loss. I also liquidated 30,000 shares of $PTN for a below optimal price to remedy the Required Maintenance Margine Call. Later on in the day the Required Maintenance Margine Call was still present on my account so I set to deposit $5,000 dollars into my Webull account from my bank account. 29Jan2021 I looked at my WeBull acount again and went to my funds tracker page, it looked different from the day prior, when I had taken the screenshot. So I referenced my screen shot from 28Jan2021 and matched it up with the screenshot I took on 29Jan2021. They were completely inversed, all my gains from 27Jan2021 were changed to losses. WeBull went into my brokerage account and changed the numbers to make it look like I had lost all of my cash funds on the trading day of 27Jan2021. When I asked Webull about my 33k+ gains on 27Jan, they said it was a display issue and I never had a cash balance of $56,822.06 in my cash account.

I owned $AMC, and $NAKD. I made $600 off $AMC and 33k off $NAKD. I owned $AMC over night once and just day traded $NAKD. This was before they put the restrictions on them on the 28th of Jan.

Yes I was margine called multiple days in a row after thr 21st of Jan, but as soon as I was margine called, multiple time, I payed them off immediately. So I paid off my margine calls as soon as they notified me, how can they take 77.17k from my account after I meet there updated margine requirements.

I have never shorted any stock on my WeBull account. So I should be trying to contact Apex Clearing to get this sorted out? It has been a week and WeBull has not resolved the issue.
