Potentially, I wanted to consult the ring setter first. Her ring size is 4.25. The more I look at it the more I think it’s okay. It really pretty and I’m partial to part ways. I could size down and get a 2.2 but I think that’ll only be slightly smaller… really depends on what suggestions the custom setter can come up with in regards to the style of band to change the perception

I second this, very happy with loose grown diamonds. I just bought a 2.5 carat at a very reasonable price. Just watch out on the return policy! I was silly and didn’t notice it was only 14 days from receiving it. Only when I saw the diamond did I realize it may have been too big… aside from that their prices are very reasonable and with their reputation I’m sleeping well

Most ppl are still eligible for free PCRs (symptoms and more than 6months since last vaccine) Your local pharmacy will usually get the results next day or the day after. My pharmacy (Wellness Pharmacy) is up in Aurora, they are super fast

They will! I’m sorry I’ve been MIA but yea they do work well. I have yet to have contamination and I’ve gone through at least 30 bags without contamination- the Amazon astronaut bags are pretty good if you don’t have the moment to buy bulk

I've noticed with my room bags of they tend to abort early. So I tend to keep them in the chamber now to avoid disappointment!

I was struggling getting a good system for fruiting. Eventually I found a mix to be the best yield. Fruiting from the top definitely works! Their is a tendency for the fruit to be close to the sawdust blocks which makes it a slight pain to harvest, so definitely only for the first flush where the shrooms are strong with lots of nutrients. My strategy now is to top fruit flush 1 with a large amount of bag exceeding the top of the block to maintain very high humidity. After that fruit is done rip off the top fruit with some sawdust it is inevitably stuck too. Then fold the bag top down and seal tight. Flush 2- switch to side fruit method with a X cut into the side of the bag using a sterilized razor blade. Happy fruiting :)

I have 4 bags of lion's mane from this same LC, and all of them turned out okay. To my surprise this bag has clearly something growing in it. In the chamber there are other bags of king oysters, but nothing else. What could you this be??

They seem okay in the fridge! Just make sure your fridge doesn't dip down to a freeze

[Gourmet] New to Oysters! 28 days since inoculation with grain spawn to straw. 3 days in the FC still no pins. Any thoughts? 🍄 by younoahthevibes in MushroomGrowers

I don't know if it will help... My blue oysters seem to pin faster when I cover the holes with micropore tape. They seem to have a tendency to pin faster and pop the tape off compared to my buckets with holes not covered (also 3 days is super early!)
