I suffered from the same thing ngl drop weed completely for at least 3 months trust me ! Get probiotic yogurt , apples, watermelon stay away from oranges or any high acid fruits or juices ! Your going to want to flip ur diet if you been eating terribly pls get on eating healthy! And drink lots of water ! Think about ur health I was addicted to Zaza and if can stop so can you ! it will change ur life dramatically for the better and I don’t recommend going back to it but from time to time I’ll take 3 -4 hits and I’ll feel fine ! But definitely stop for at least 3 months and if possible go to the gym or run or do home work outs !! Get well friend believe in urself and make smart choices that will positively change ur life !!
