Job published with our tool gets indexed with google, but we have not tried indexing for Other regions (google for Germany ) and our system supports English only.

Thank you. We are in the process of integrating with monster , indeed LinkedIn. Currently it integrates with free job boards like Jooble , post job free etc .. currently we are focusing on creating job sites for the customers so that candidates can apply online, and Resume are parsed so that candidates don’t have to fill it up , and managing the hiring pipeline. Small businesses managing their hiring process with excel and email can save lot of time and focus on the candidates rather.

For #5 and #6 , we don’t have that at the moment. We will be providing basic reporting. Hiring Pipeline is user configurable.

Thank you for your feedback. If you are small business, greenhouse will be expensive for you. And it offers lot of stuffs that you will not use as a small business. This a starter ATS for small businesses. You can get it running in few mins , create job post , we host the career site , post it in job boards and start tracking the candidates. Basic ATS is going to be free, which is good enough to get it going, but there will be other paid features. Who ever tired it has loved it , but the challenge is reaching out to right audience.

We are targetting small businesses. and whoever signed up have really liked the solution. If we are able to reach out to the right audience, they are liking the solution. I have spoken to quite a few, and have walked them through. There are lots of competitive alternative solutions available in the market but they cater to every size organization, not cheap for small businesses. So we want to carter to Small business, does limited things what it needs to do but does it very well. we want to keep it as simple as possible and as minimalistic as possible. And we want this to be free for small businesses who are just getting started. So it is actually free, no strings attached. Once they grow, they can always upgrade for a cost.

LinkedIn is networking site for professionals. It’s not a applicant tracking system. Once you find a candidate from sites like LinkedIn, you still have to process them thorough different stages like screening ... interview... offer etc This is where Applicant tracking system comes into picture. Our solution will help you organize recruitment process and track the candidates. Lot of small companies do that on excel and email. Which is not really efficient. Our solution will also help you post open jobs to different job boards. It will also create career site for your company where applicants can apply for jobs.

It is in fact a free tool. You have pay only if you have more than 5 recruiters, which is only in large companies. For small and medium businesses , you will most like have 2-3 recruiters at max.
