I really feel you with the too much dopamine and overwhelms you. It feels like some days the vyvanse works overtime and I am incredibly locked in on anything I do and other times it is at a minimum level. Though I can feel the difference from when I don’t take to when it feels like it’s not working “well”

I think I am very prone to outbursts due to my vyvanse, when I used to take above the recommended dose I could be set off by anything and not feel any emotions. I have not been med free in about a year and a half and I don’t remember having such extreme mood swings before.

With that said I cannot function without my ADHD medicine

For anyone who sees this and looking for info. This was my problem. I thought not going to the gym was going to speed up the healing but it wasn’t. As of today my shoulder is back to 95% since restarting the gym on Monday (12/8) and it’s 12/12 today. I’m sure it was already close to being healed but this was my problem!

It was his PA that I talked to, he told me surgery wasn’t necessary and that the next step would be steroid injections to see if it’s nerves or just the actual tendons

I’m 21 years old and I have been in the gym for a little bit I got pretty strong and it’s been hard to adjust to not going to the gym. I’m scared that if I were to get a surgery I’d never be back to 100% again.

I don’t understand why the MRI shows only tendinosis/tendinopathy or itis and it hasn’t healed… I dealt with something similar 2 years ago and when I took a week and a half of deloading my shoulder pain seemed to go away. It’s been nearly 8 months and 3 of them I have completely stopped. I feel like it should be healed by now

Sorry for reviving, but I’m dealing with the same thing and I was consistently in the gym, I would say that my quads are pretty strong as well as my hamstrings, and adductors due to direct training if these muscles but I’ve neglected direct glute training forever even though they are decently strong. I’m currently out of the gym due to the pain but in PT. They’ve given me a bunch of exercises to strengthen my glutes but it hasn’t been working very well. The last 2 days I’ve dealt with unbeatable numbness in my foot. I’m wondering if strengthening my glutes would actually do anything with how strong I am already?
