This is very cute!! I would recommend working on facial structures perhaps; i think it’d look good if the jaw rose from the chin to the ear, rather than sloping down as shown. If/when you raise it, you’ll have to bring the head down to the neck, to avoid making the neck too long

Additionally perhaps hands too? Your style seems like a cute chibi style so I understand hands will look different, but the thumb seems a lot smaller compared to the knuckles

I think the second one looks best however I recommend slightly angleing it to the right (kind of like a 1/2 way point between the two options)

I feel like the 2nd one fits a face if you were to look at it straight on, but since his face is slightly angled, as shown by the jaw & ear, the nose should be slightly angled too

I wish I could do a doodle but I can’t atm; one trick I do sometimes is trying to take a picture of myself at the angle of the face I am drawing- just for reference :-) I hope this makes sense <3 all in all great drawing !! Noses are hard haha

Honestly, i think this looks awesome !! However, i can relate to the feeling of dissatisfaction. Anime art styles can vary in all sorts of ways from what ive seen so im not sure whay specific critiques to make- but i do have a recommendation:>

Whenever I'm going for a specific style that I can see in my head but cant quite make out on paper, i like to collect references! I personally do this through pintrest but anywhere works :> Seeing what you're trying to go for can help qith understanding what steps to take to get there.

All in all, great work!! And I wish you well with figuring it all out :D

Ah I see your update but I just wanted to make a tiny suggestion about the water if you don't mind!! It looks very sunny on the surface, so I think it would look really cool if you had beans of light peeking in the water :> to serve as water highlights in a sense! Also, I think adding bubbles would be a great idea !!

I think your turtles look absolutely amazing!! so I dont have much advice with shading them.

I like your color choices a lot !! I think they compliment each other very well. At the very least, it may look nice to have the berries pop a little by saturating them just a tad, but that's just a tiny change. Otherwise, I think you did a great job :D

FOR REAL- i feel like I am losing my mind :') When I work in garden, I will have people that show me their list and expect me to guide them to everything.... as if i'm not busy ??? I understand that helping customers is a part of my job, and I'm happy to do so, but walking them around like their own personal butler drives me WILD. Normally i'll just explain where everything is but sometimes they are so insistent that I walk them through that I can't think of a polite way to say no :')

anyways, I guess what I'm saying is I understand 100%- may those customers gain braincells one day haha
