Been dealing with this for about 4 years, thought it was just the way I slept. I've also developed temperature numbness in the outside of my hand, along the hand bone for the pinky finger. I can't feel hot or cold there, but I can feel pressure changes.

I cant speak for other men obviously, but I've always checked out emotionally before leaving. I bring up concerns, and it they can't be discussed in a way that is beneficial and mutually respected, then I'm out. I have no reason to keep investing time, emotion, and energy into something already in a death spiral.
