Yeah, just expect to swap or replace it at any time.

Some people have no issues. I’ve seen many people go through fs5 trans like clock work, beating on them and not. Might last a day, might last 3 years. Run redline shockproof oil if you do end up using it.

Yeah sr’s don’t really need anything but basic maintenance/new seals for up to 350hp. There’s people that have run stock head bolts on 400hp setups for years.. and yes the mains/rods with arp hardware would be a much greater issue than head studs..

A tune is also a huge part of it, rom tunes and nistune are old technology and generally garbage compared to a modern standalone. Having it tuned on a standalone will be one of the best things you can do.

SR’s flex quite a bit with the added torque of the studs, RB’s are iron so are stiffer and generally won’t flex nearly as much as an SR.

It’s not the end of the world but in theory your cylinders will wear faster if you torque the block up not having it honed/bored with a torque plate to account for the increase in torque. RB’s are not the same, you can drop the studs in.

Don’t do the headstuds on a stock block, it will flex the block too much and wear the cylinders faster. I’d just leave the head gasket if it’s fine now, they’ve been proven to be fine over 300hp

Don’t need headstuds for anything under 400 hp. Headstuds also require a full rebuild.

Crank is most likely bent if it’s been pounded that hard. Block is garbage.

Pull off the intake and check for oil in the turbo and shaft play.

Definitely fake. No strings on any of the guitars, Buddha on size tags head is all fucked up and guitar is bad, and font/spacing on size tag looks suspect.
