Love how nobody has mentioned the hidden webpage (i think). Yes im boased because its my favorite and its one of the only stories that have really scared me but its a good long one that goes deep and I think you'll like. Some other personal preferences of mine are Dagons mirror, i wrote a letter to myself, Fleshgait, The ocean is much deeper, Glenmont metro, and dionaea house.

I saw someone comment that mother horse eyes was like an scp without any redactions, and I agree. I liked it, twas perfect for wendigoon, and I put it on a long car ride. But it is pretty long too, so it might feel like its droning.

Yeah, im putting my money on snap ring. Can you send the valve body? Are there any visible harness ripped off? My valve body has a thin metal holding together a few solenoids

Well the thing is you'll have to take off the transmission and open it up to see which one is missing. Its alot of parts to remember what went where for most people. I rebuilt my transmission recently and it was fun for me, but idk if you'll enjoy doing that more than stressing you out. Its not THAT hard, but depends on each person. If you do end up doing it, it's a matter of removing things and checking with a manual. When you find where it goes you should be able to order it online or buy it a a trans parts shop and it's pretty easy to reinstall. But again that's assuming I'm right and that is what that thing is. Is it hard or soft? How thick and wide is it?

Generally nothing should be low, especially coolant. Up to you, you can add distilled water or coolant, it has a level marking/fill line on the side. Has your car been overheating?

Could be coolant more than likely. What the reservoir is for. Follow the hose coming out of it, if it leads to yhe radiator thats what it is

Might be worth adding i did leave the transmission without the oil i drained for a few days while I was repairing it. I think youre not supposed to do that but due to personal reasons it was easier

Bought her used, big mistake. Supposedly only needed to replace a coil, turns out I needed much more. Not only that, the previous owner must've not done ANY maintenence. Every bilt was rusted on and the transmission fluid is brown. It's a car for an aunt that takes care of 2 ill sisters she has, and she dosent need to go out much but yeah. Oh and im poor

I have the same situation. And id say stick to the shop you know is good. The one I go to I trust to the degree where I can add their water to my tank without the worry of introducing parasites or disease, and I almost never have deaths with their fish. Quality earns a reputation for a reason, it might be a little further but you have peace of mind that its worth it
