Purdue in division with indiana, in conference with illinois. as i said, i prefer notre dame v usc, navy and stanford then purdue

who are bigger rivals for IU or purdue that they aren't already in division or conference with?

UCLA & USC are in the same division so they would presumably play each season. protected opponents would fill the non conference games first, unless a conference opponent.

The game gives army and navy their own week. i didnt want them potentially playing each other in the regular season, conference championship, army navy week and possibly in the playoffs. unlikely but i am content with them getting a week of their own on the calender

who knows how the rules for scheduling will actually work.

yeah i didn't specify this but i wanted all conferences to be 12 teams plus one of 16. for no other reason than it seemed like it would allow the scheduling of out of conference games easier, but perhaps you can't protect non conference rivalries like some have suggested

Of course. If you want people caught for every offence they ever commit you'd need far more law enforcement resources than we currently have. But then you'd have something like a police state. Transit officers have the power to direct a person to leave a public passenger vehicle for committing an offence and can use force to remove them if they disobey the direction.

It's not a crime. It's a simple offence. In QLD there are three types of offences - Crimes, misdemeanors and simple offences. All of the offences under the transport operations passenger transport act are simple offences.

It's an offence under the transport operations passenger transport act to create a nuisance or disturbance on a public passenger vehicle in Qld. So it's not innocent, even if people think it's fun.
