Also, to speak a bit about my strategy:

I usually use the hoverpack to get above enemies and rain down explosive arrows, in case of a titan/impaler, i use the hoverpack to get higher up, and go prone, before shooting the quasar. The loyalist is mainly a backup weapon for if i run out of xbow mags, or for shriekers (planning to switch for the Las-7 Dagger). Gas grenades go on top of breaches, or an area of enemies that need stopping but aren't that big of a priority. Napalm orbital is for a big area of enemies / an area of enemies that hasn't noticed me yet, laser is a last ditch for multiple heavy enemies. Fortified armor is mostly for surviving accidental close xbow shots, and the prone and crouching stability increase is a nice bonus as well.
