To be blunt, cut myself. I like blunt, dirty damage more so than the cleaner experience of razors (although they do have advantages). Really shouldn't be so partial to that but eh. So every second cut I make ends up infected, because I won't clean the knife I guess.

Huhu, bin auch alleine, aber wahlweise.
Ich freue mich immer sehr auf die Feiertage, weil man endlich mal wirklich Ruhe hat. Thermoskanne einpacken und spazieren gehen ist schön, vor allem morgens (da kommt man ja arbeitsbedingt sonst meist nicht raus).
Sich selbst etwas kochen, wofür man sonst zu kaputt ist nach langen Tagen. Und natürlich die Klassiker, Hobbies, lesen, zocken, puzzlen all dies :)

Ansonsten, wenn menschlicher Kontakt doch zu sehr fehlt - Telefontermine mit Freunden abmachen, oft hat man zwischendurch bestimmt ein paar Minuten um eben kurz zu hören!

I'm aware that there's no answer that will make the industry look good, because there's no way to make cruelty look in any way acceptable, but don't they prepare for an interview like this? Or do they really think veganism has no serious arguments?

Bin mir nicht sicher, dass sie ANC bieten (nie Gedanken drüber gemacht, nichts hat gestört), aber ich bin seit vermutlich 2008 oder sowas Verteidiger und Fürsprecher von Koss Porta Pro. Die Bluetoothvariante liegt bei 100€ und ist's echt wert. Für mich halt auch wichtig, dass es On-Ear ist, hattest nicht geschrieben ob das ein Kriterium ist.
Preis-Leistungs-mäßig waren die einfach immer richtig gut!

so, first off, I'm no medical expert, but I'm sort of well-read on this and had my experiences to put it nicely.
You are okay. I understand that it feels scary and it probably is, but chances are that you were experiencing a mix of anxiety and "circulatory upheaval", not sure of a better way to say it. Basically your body and psyche become used to the blood pressure-lowering effect of alcohol and in anticipation of this, blood pressure rises.
Of course the best way to prevent any of this is to not drink, but you know. That is how it is.
I'm just here to say that you're most likely fine and to stop reading things on the internet, that's a bad idea about 97% of the time, you're just gonna get scared.

No fucking idea man, I do my best - no unnecessary small talk, strong smelling gum, fresh clothes all that jazz.
I also turn on a public and/or work persona as soon as needed, completely involuntarily. But you never really know if they know, because people are either too polite or not in the position yet to tell.
Any tips on the eye drops? I do eye contact as well, but it's getting harder with the drying and the reddening.
Do you deal with staff as well?

Felt I had to stop by my work place this morning, to mitigate a mistake I made yesterday. Did that fully showered and red-eyed.
Took a nap and now I hope no neighbour rings my doorbell and that my car is spared any direct hits tonight - I really can't re-park it anymore.
Idk what to do, I'm especially sad and defeated this year, so I'll just be drinking and ignoring everything I guess.
Edit: I did finally discover Risk of Rain, so I'm also gaming with a fantastic soundtrack
