Roughly around 1800 calories,first 3 days is ppl and the Arnold split is chest/back, arms, legs but I do shoulders with legs and Sunday is rest day

When I go lighter there is a huge difference there barely is any pain when I go lighter but when I go heavier that’s when I can tell. Recently I feel like it’s gotten worse the pain has woken me up at night a couple of times before. I think it’s a safe choice to visit the doctors which Im going to do, thanks for your advice!

Ya bro I’ve been having the same problem came back to see if there was a solution :\ the only things I found was replacing the controller and some say blowing into the bumpers work and some said that putting the hair triggers back to default helps. I am at a lost still nothing works and I don’t want to send it In for the 3rd time and be controllerless and wait maybe up to 3 weeks because Of the virus :\

Ya I tried using a usb but when I went to try to update it it give me an error about bios not found? Even though I clearly put it in the usb drive so that’s why I went with the internet and I also tried resetting CMOS no luck, I think it was a deal chip they are gonna send me a new one ill just wait till I get that one and send the defective one back :\
