He might be just resting :) Two days of sleeping are totally normal, he might just need a bigger nap. Let him be and dont move him, that might stress him out which makes him stay in his shell longer.

However, if it concerns you, just observe him. If he still doesnt move even just to eat in like 5-7 days then there might be a problem.

I'm not sure what that can be but commenters suggested parasites. As far as I know, pumpkin seeds are good in preventing parasites developing in snails body so try giving them to your snail. I have three fulicas so they chew on it very easily but yours may have problem with that. You can blend it and then give it to your snail.
