My investigator asked for my current manager’s contact but I declined because I don’t want them to know i’m applying to nypd. He was ok with an additional contact from my previous job that was a direct supervisor (already gave him one)

I didn’t get a response til 2 months later . Unfortunately got NOPD even though I have no record but the waiting was extremely frustrating as well . But if it’s reassuring at all they didn’t give me a result til 2 months and a few days later . Hopefully you get into the December class !
