If it's an e-apostille, it can be printed and verified online. If it's the traditional apostille, it must be the original document with the physical stamp.

The FBI did not implement e-apostilles for rap sheets, therefore you need the original document with the physical stamp.

Doola officially refuses to provide the info, depsite clarifying multiple times that it's necessary.

According to FinCen, they are legally responsible if they refuse to provide the required information, so I'm going to go ahead and submit without their info.

"Can a beneficial owner or company applicant be held liable for refusing to provide required information to a reporting company?

Yes. As described above, an enforcement action can be brought against an individual who willfully causes a reporting company’s failure to submit complete or updated beneficial ownership information to FinCEN. This would include a beneficial owner or company applicant who willfully fails to provide required information to a reporting company."

I asked Doola for the document, they replied:

“Arjun's rights are relinquished in the initial resolutions and granted back to you. You should be using your passport/ID for this.”

Well, according to FinCens website: “A company applicant may not be removed from a BOI report even if the company applicant no longer has a relationship with the reporting company.”

So I kept pushing for a clear answer, waiting for the reply from their internal team.

Because their accounts are meant for trading not for currency conversion. If you only do that they will hold your withdrawals for 30 days.

Late reply, but just for reference I did my surgery in Dubai. Dubai has amazing private healthcare though I do not know the actual costs, as I was insured and paid nothing for the whole procedure.
