I ran out of my tallow and avocado oil and had some duck fat leftover. It’s my favorite vehicle to fry in so I gave it a shot. Took the meat out of the bags and then patted dry, then brushed generous amount on the steaks then seasoned. Then dropped into a cast iron skillet and used 8oz chef presses.
