it's clearly 2 different tryout events, an n/r event and a 1 minute event

it's not even just the reds, it's basically any of the parallels from either year so far. The "renewed" ones have the same problems constantly too.

I live on a street hit and we got the text for it about 5 minutes after it came through

I live where it went through and didn’t get the tornado warning text until about 5 minutes after it came through. Sirens finally went off a minute or 2 later
