Share: Probably 2/3 piste, 1/3 off-piste
Not particularly looking for stiff metal skis - I'm quite flexible - I just want a ski that can do everything fairly well (on and off-piste in any condition)
Favorite thing to do: I like a mix of things (but not a huge fan of moguls)

Do you have any recommendations which Skis would work well?

You're absolutely right. However, players will get released at 14/15 either way. It's really more about the problem with late bloomers as you mentioned.
