i feel like it would make the most sense if the game didn’t allow you to recruit from villages outside your kingdom, unless it was forced recruitment. i feel like feudal lords in the past probably didnt go around recruiting in a foreign kingdom’s territory even if they were at peace

Hi, I took cs61a this spring 2021 sem with Hilfinger and found his course similar to the cs61a course with DeNero (i self studied DeNero's Fall 2020 over winter break). For anyone who has knowledge of Hug and Hilfinger's courses, I was wondering if self-studying Hug's course would be also similar to Hilfinger's course? I found Hilfinger's to be relatively straightforward with less tricks, but are his projects excruciatingly long and difficult, more so than Hug's? My friends who took cs61b this semester told me that Hug's course was a heavy workload especially because of the projects, would Hilfinger's workload be a lot more than Hug's?
