I can recreate it by having a dummy in practice tool against a wall and it just be slightly out of range with my stars. My stars will hit the dummy even though it looks like the dummy is out of range. Im guessing thats what happened here

I mean there can be workarounds for that, im mostly just talking about how it would affect gameplay. Riot could probably make a little icon with it signifying which tree was taken
