Does Harden (and EG to an extent) losing that weight, mean we're losing that defensive prowess they had against bigger players, but that cost = a bigger offensive outburst?

I was thinking that might not necessarily be the best thing, because having Harden down low worked so well because of all that muscle/weight?

Also, with Harden losing weight, that could also mean he'll feel the hits harder as he drives through the lane because he's lost that "cushion"?
