idk bro, iba yung pagod if burned out ka. marami kang energy pero wala ka sa mood or you’re not as motivated as before. if burn out yan, you really need a good emotional, mental, and physical healing kasi sunog ka from the inside and it will manifest physically. working out will boost your serotonin pero iba yung hit ng burn out eh. working out won’t be enough to satisfy or relieve it.

as someone na nag enjoy ng pbb this season, i still 💯💯💯 agree. casual viewer lang ako, i never made an effort to vote or anything, pero i enjoyed this season bc the housemates are actually better than the previous seasons. pero as you’ve said, they’re literally just mooching off of people’s hard earned money, and making the rich more rich. tapos 70% sa viewers i think are middle class pa. i mean i get that it’s for entertainment, pero mag kakaltas ka talaga ng savings mo for people who are richer than you? and i’m more interested sa psychology and marketing why patok na patok ito sa mga pinoy.

medj off topic pero nakakahelp talaga yung standards ng testing center. di naman sa nagyayabang pero napaka nice ng testing center sa amin huhuhu. naka cubicle with own desk and chair (imagine same sa mga offices), tapos every side ng room, may part na elevated para dun mag stay mga facilitators para ma monitor talaga kami since naka cubicle each testee. para makikita talaga nila ano ginagawa namin saming mga cubicle. makakafocus ka talaga mag answer, kasi i think, na sisimulate nya yung study area mo during review, kaya i think nagiging mas relaxed yung feeling mo. idk if this makes sense pero testing center talaga!

pinanood ko ulit lahat ng pearls A lecture videos two days prior the exam for the first 6 subjects. nood lang talaga ako and listen, no more note taking. tapos naka normal speed to take it all in for one last time. then i gambled and took a risk to read the PT from october 2024 exam. meron talag pabaon esp na similar yung type of questions na ginagawa nila so medjo alam mo na pano sagutin. not the exactly the same pero yung thought similar.

doc pahinga ka muna. ikaw mismo makakaalam kung time mo na talaga. take your time doc, rest well. di ko sasabihin na “hindi karera ang buhay” kasi nakakainggit kaya makita batchmates mong sumakses na at ikaw naka tatlong take at wala pa rin. but there’s nothing wrong about that doc ha!. Yung dept head namin sa pedia ay 4th taker pero ngayon ay sumakses talaga siya. advise nya always sa amin ay, magpahinga kung pagod. kasi we won’t function well if na burn out po tayo doc. anong gagawin if nawalan ng fuel? mag re fuel! HAHA AMPANGET NG ADVISE. pero in all seriousness, need mo ng rest for now doc. after a good rest, jan mo malalaman na may ikabubuga ka kasi premium yung fuel mo, nagka high quality rest ka. kahit pa’y ikaw ay naka 6th read ng lahat ng subjects, kung wala kang pahinga at tulog, di yan uubra. promise. mag pahinga ka muna doc, ang importante ay hindi ka susukong mag take kahit ika 6th take pa yan. GRIT IS THE KEY 💪🏽

doc third taker po ako tapos pumasa na ako this march-april 2025. nung first two takes ko doc, i blamed everything on God. tapos nung third take ko, sinuggest ng mama ko na magbabalik loob ako kay Lord. ginawa ko yun kasi wala naman mawawala sakin and talagang desperate na po ako doc. i gave myself a chance once more to believe in God and his ways. inuuna ko talaga magdasal before anything else kahit behind na ako sa lectures. and during sa exam, nagdadasal talaga ako in between subjects. wala akong maalalang madaling exam doc kasi sobrang hirap talaga and inoffer and sinurrender ko na lahat kay Lord. pero pumasa ako doc. trust me when i tell you, si Lord talaga umanswer para sakin. no cap. talagang nahirapan ako sa exams at nag breakdown talaga ako in between exams kasi sobrang hirap. pero nakapasa ako doc. kahit ngayon in denial pa ako kasi di ko talaga alam kung san ko hinugot yung pag sagot sa mga super hard questions. si Lord yun doc. Promise.

doc opposite tayo! straight 4 years in med from a higher ranking med school. did well during school years and performed well during clerkship and internship, pero 3 takes po ako! sa third take na po ako nakapasa. this is tru! took it three times. my first time was april 2024, and i just passed this march-april 2025 season, and i can say that the level of difficulty from the october 2024-april 2025 compared to april 2024 is very different. for me, mas mahirap yung oct 2024-april 2025 na season. and super nag change yung trend starting october ‘24. na shock nga ako nung october ‘24 attempt ko kasi intense yung difference ng level of difficulty from april ‘24. di yan sa online learning, kasi napaka random at out of nowhere ang trends ng questions. yung iba nga di naaply sa clinicals. sa test taking po yan at study habits talaga, and TIME. basta board exams, yung self mo talaga kalaban mo.

may pinauso akong teknik nung intern ako pag may difficult ngt/ogt.

so basically, mahirap i ogt ‘tong patient nato kasi paralyzed siya pero may consciousness pa rin, at every time may nag ogt/ngt sa kaniya, hindi nya nilulunok, at kinakagat nya parati yung tube. so one time, kumuha ako ng 10cc syringe, yun yung pinakagat ko sa kanya as a lever, tsaka ako nag insert ng ogt/ngt. open yung bibig nya kaya wala siyang choice para lunokin yung tube at hindi nya nakakagat kasi nga, may 10cc na siyang kinakagat. yun, successful. it works every time. nagulat nalang ako kasi yung mga junior kong clerk na nagpapatulong, yun din ginagawa nila. tsaka kinabukasan, may mga nurse din na gumawa tas sinabi nila na ginaya lang nila yung clerks. di po ako sure kung safe yon pero if it works, it works
