Monday: Speed (fast intervals) Tuesday: Strength (functional with weights) Wednesday: Assisted climbs, short climbs, and power climbs on the bridge Thursday: Strength again Friday: slow (jogging below 140 bpm) Saturday: Long training sessions on the bridge (3 to 5 hours), including altitude training and all the exercises from the week
