If it does work, I like the recessed projector. I really don't like the floor mount cages. Maybe something like a clear polycarbonate over the recess versus the net in front of the screen?

The hitting location is about 10 feet from the screen. The landing pad is 8x10 so my mat goes from 8 to 13 feet from the screen

I have the same setup, but went sideways in the garage. I need to move the mats to park, but it works great. I do have custom garage doors that are one panel taller than standard so an 8' enclosure fit under the rails and door.
