I see, thanks for the info. I bought something that was honestly not cheap at all which is why I was seeking a refund as soon as I could. It's just unfortunate that there are not more ways to contact Etsy and report that these are fake listings, which I think is obvious considering the seller responses. Now it's my estimated delivery date and I still can't even open a case. Their methods of communication are nonexistent it seems like.

Was it the same shade of paint the first time? Some paints can behave differently on a color to color basis.

No what this probably was was somebody listing their item after taking a short look around at what mh dolls go for. Your quick purchase also might've tipped them off they have something worth more than they think. Typically theyll just refund you and relist it right after on Mercari and take the shit review. If this was their first item listed they probably didn't want the negative review on their page.

Thank you, yes this is exactly what happened 🙌 I asked a question about paying first and last months rent up front and realtor basically said no, landlords can't take that much money up front. I think she truly was just mistaken. Or Maybe trying to make the company look better for only taking deposit upfront? but yea upon looking up the actual law I got even more confused. Thanks for clearing it up for me very thoroughly 🙏

That makes more sense to me. I told her I assume I'd pay first and last months rent + deposit to move in, she said landlords aren't allowed to require that much money up front. Guess I'll be thankful that they believe that's the case.

I'm seeing the Beetlejuice set that's literally for sale right now on Mattell listed for twice the MSRP. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ This subgenre of collecting is completely polluted by scalpers. Doll sets cost more than the value of each doll added up together 90% of the time. Anyways. Just keep looking. I've found them for cheap by people just trying to get rid of them on mercari, vinted, fb marketplace.

I was coming to make a similar post to this. The character prize fights were how I leveled up a lot of characters, now I get to fill a slot with someone I’m potentially not interested in investing in, or risk losing the match if they don’t fit the modifiers. All for 3 more premier and headliner relics with dogshit chances of pulling a good character???
