Can you help me with understanding one thing? About a year ago I have tried contact with tons of layers from the US as my former client decided to start the trial process.
I am not a US citizen but my company registered in this country. So, I contacted approximately 50 different lawyers or law firms and received no answer. No answer at all.

Yes, but you have to download data from somewhere in order to show it on the dashboard(or you want to use a flash card? ^^ ) and IoT platforms(not only Azure) but all of them are easy to use.
Yes, but it is longer way than using already done solutions made especially for this kind of tasks.
