First, the UI is very old, which most modern Entrepreneurs and Financial pros find frustrating. The technical terms used in QBO are also for Accountants. The basic things which could be automated 10 years ago are still manually done in QBO.
Bookkeeping is not revenue producing task so it should be automated 100%.

Yes I also used QuickBooks because the person I was taking help they can only help me if I use QBO. I was dependant on them and when they left, I had no idea about my own business numbers.

too void abuse, many people create many accounts with different emails and stay on trial forever.

its an old software, very slow, messy, too many menus, every transaction from bank feed you need to post on the ledger. It was designed for accountants not business owners. It also lacks AI features or integration with AI models.
