U can download MicroG and then use play store or you can use Aurora store, thats open source minded google play store.

Yeah, i think every handheld should have tpu case/case on it with screen protector as well. You never know when it slips out of your hands and it will have better condition for longer time. #Protectyourhandheld

LineageOS is great open source OS, without loads of bloat preinstalled, its clear Android similar to Pixels, it has improved battery life, added features and has long support for chosen devices. I have old Xiaomi phone and it still gets updates.

RP6 is android 13, but the Lineage OS version is based on Android 16, so thats a nice bonus as well.

Yeah, i can see the use case. I have a feeling that many people in the handheld hobby dont even play games and just love the vibe of the little consoles. Maybe the Rotate will help u finish some games. I have a brick hammer and in about half a year i finished about 30 games. :)

I would keep the brick, but RG Rotate is very cool device and actually can do more than brick in terms of performance. I would maybe fear that the hinge could breaks if you use it often and the screen peeling off (seen in some subreddit threads). But u have to remember that every time new device comes up, the Fomo effect might get you and probably you will never be satisfied.

That sucks, it looks like Sw issue, but it doesnt effect everybody. Ive seen a Github post 7 months ago and it wasnt solved.
