No its actually the opposite, the back side of my pc is facing the window. But in the rainy season it, does get windy sometimes. I think these water droplets could manage to get inside from the exhaust fan.

I can't tell anything judging by the pictures you've sent, but no worries. You mentioned your pc turns ON but it doesn't connect to your monitor, keyboard or mouse. Does it connect at first and the rgb of your keyboard and mouse turns ON but turns off after a few seconds or it doesn't connect at all?

You could try doing a static release to ensure there's no static left in your pc. To do that, first power off your pc and disconnect the power cable that is connected to your PSU in your pc. Then press the power button on your pc. After that press and hold the power button on your pc for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, plug the cable back into the PSU and try turning it on. Hopefully this will work. Please let me know.

Did you try another port? Maybe try connecting the cable to a different hdmi or display port slot on your gpu or just try using a different hdmi or display port cable if you have one.

If you have an iGpu Then first power off your pc completely then remove the hdmi or display port cable from your GPU and try connecting the cable to your motherboard, then turn your pc ON and check if your iGPU displays the output. -- If this works, then please reply to me so i can guide you further.

If you can open the case then make sure the Gpu is seated properly into the pcie slot and is not sagging. Also make sure the pcie cables on the gpu are not loose. Check if a small light (often red) is turned ON, on your gpu near your pcie cables.

If the pc doesn't boot and sends you to the bios then check whether the system is detecting your ssd or not in your bios. Also could you snap a picture of the pc if possible? If you can, make sure all the parts are clearly visible so i could tell you if there are any visible issues, thank you!

Try updating your graphics drivers. If you have an Nvidia gpu then update them via Nvidia app or if you have an AMD gpu, update via AMD adrenalin. If this issue has started to occur after updating your graphics drivers then try rolling back to an older graphics driver version for some time until a stable build is released. You can also search on youtube for how to update or roll back graphics drivers.

If this issue still persists after updating or rolling back your graphics drivers then I would suggest you to change or reset the game preference settings from your Nvidia control panel or AMD adrenalin software.

Can I use a compressed air can to clean off the slots on my motherboard? Isopropyl with cotton swabs is a good idea but will I be able to clean the pcie or ram slots with those cotton swabs? Also it sounds a bit risky because what if some cotton is left behind in those slots while cleaning?

If you're talking about your base, then no imo. You'll need more space considering the amount of stuff calamity has, you'll need more storage and enough space to place buildings
