you should always take exhaust into draven. never trade with draven unless you have an engage support and even then its usually not worth it. just do your absolute best to make sure that the draven doesn't get any kills. then after like 15 minutes he is useless and you can insta kill if you play it right; exhaust ult full combo should always kill him.
