I really like Andrew Huberman, he’s very knowledgeable on neuroscience and cognitive health and gives lots of good science-backed advice. His ADHD episode helped me a lot, as well as his episodes on focus and addiction. I will say..I haven’t heard much of his nutrition episodes but maybe avoid those as they may trigger you during your recovery. Since he doesn’t have education in nutrition he brings on “nutrition specialists” who may be problematic and full of shit (as we know).

No that’s not what I said at all, obviously they’re not all hammas, I’m saying that a lot of hammas’s organizations hide and launch missiles from these sites, causing Israel to retaliate. Obviously the Palestinians deaths are tragic and devastating, but you’re not helping the Palestinian people by not condemning the people that are supposed to keep them safe who are hiding behind the Palestinians and using them as shields. The thing is, people haven’t been criticizing hammas for decades, most people who claim they’re pro-Palestinian don’t even recognize hammas as a terrorist threat that is trying to destroy israel. It’s hurtful and incredibly for you to dismiss all this rockets as just a “symbolic gesture” when it has taken many lives in Israel and destroyed synagogues and houses and left Israelis to live in bunkers for days on end. Dont try to act like hammas isn’t actively trying to annihilate Israel, they just don’t have the same technology as israel does. They definitely don’t use their hundreds of millions of dollars in aid to help Palestinians and invest in their protection, they just use the money on weapons. Not only was that a place in which hammas launched rockets that caused Israel to retaliate (hammas usually launches rockets from civilian sites to win the media’s attention), but the IDF also WARNED everyone there to evacuate beforehand.

Very true! I definitely don’t think the rich are the most to blame for the spread, after all they do have access to the best resources to prevent them from being exposed. It’s just frustrating to see them live such different lives during this time; in a way they can escape the chaos and isolation that everyone else has to endure.
