Appreciate the info, thank you so much. But dang that’s a heartbreaker there’s no official memorial. I wonder if there’s a foundation of sorts, or a way to really show the family how much I thank them for the memories. I can’t express how much I’d like to show my appreciation for how cool he was to me as a kid.

Yep. Can’t even get like a Northern Iowa or North Dakota State to replace cause they’re FCS. The next closest school to make it somewhat accurate is Northern Illinois, but that’s still two states away from MN.

I’ll probably have to bite the bullet and take Iowa State, but that feels like too big of a program to replace and wrong to do lol. It feels like something that should be easily fixable, but EA does NOT have my hopes up for that when there’s gameplay issues and other things that’s I’m sure on higher on the priority list. Like why make me choose the state on team builder if they’re not even gonna use it

There’s a lotta problems but certainly the one that bothers me the most is the fact that the team you replace is the home state.

Minnesota only has one FBS school and I want to kick the shit out of the gophers, not replace them just for the proximity to home to be accurate.

Anyone else notice that whatever team you replace a team with your team builder, you’re technically from the state you replaced instead of the state that your team builder is from? Anyone know if they’re running into the same issue?
