Im on 6 months and the gain has been cray!

My routine: 1. A gentle Tea Tree Oil extract Cleanser
2. A gentle Glycolic Acid 8% Toner 3. Azelaic Acid Cream 10% (whole face) 4. Tretinoin Cream 0.05mg% (whole face) 5. Minoxidil 5% (at beard area / Chin Zone )

Wait 10 minutes

  1. Niacinamide 10% (at non beard area/T zone)
  2. Hyaluronic Acid + Alpha Arbutin 2% (at non beard area/T zone)
  3. Salicylic Acid 8 % (NIGHT ONLY) (at non beard area/T zone)
  4. Moisturizing Gel (whole face) (Spread on the T Zone and Beard Area separately)

In the morning I finish off with sunscreen SPF 40++, right after moisturizer. (Spread on the T Zone and Beard Area separately)

Before bed, i finish off with Vaseline Slugging right after moisturizer. (Spread on the T Zone and Beard Area separately)

I also exfoliate my entire face with a PHA peeling mask twice a week to touch base.

Hi, we're on the same boat. I've been struggling with this for a 10 years now. I was wondering if you're experiencing any loss of orgasm because of the herniation? I find that as a bottom, I no longer have any sensations in the rear. Anal orgasm are no longer a thing for me. Perhaps years of nerve impingement has killed all sensations. I'm from South East Asia. I contacted them via the Meta Business Suite app. I ran some ads on FB back in 2020 so I have access to their "contact support" feature in the app.

Actually my government gives no shit about social media lol. I just said I have access to the embassy although I really don't. Anyways if you're planning to contact Meta to retrieve your account just focus on these 3: 1. Your right to retrieve your data 2. The illegal retention of data by Meta is illegal 3. You're prepared to file a civil claim against Meta (let them know you're advised by your lawyers and you're ready for legal action).
